Steak with Capers and
Origano Sauce

Ingredients
|
4 Sirloin steaks
5 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic peeled and crushed
1x300g tin peeled tomatoes fine chopped
1 tablaspoon of capers
1 large pinch dry oregano
salt and ground black pepper

Method
|
In a large frying pan put the oil and browning the steaks on both side, take the
steaks out and put aside but keep them hot, in the same pan put the garlic and cook until golden brown, add the tomatoes dilute in 4 tablespoon of water and cook for 25 minutes at very low heat, add the oregano, salt & pepper, put back the steaks in the pan and cook them to your like, serve very hot. |

4 Bistecche di manzo
5 cucchiai olio d'oliva
1 spicchio d'aglio finemente tritati
1x300gr pomodori pelati passati
1 cucchiaio di caperi
1 pizzico di origano
sale e pepe nero macinato

Metodo
|
In una padella mettete l'olio e fate dorare le bistecche a tutte due parte, levatele e
tenetele da parte ben calde, nella stessa padella mettete l'aglio e fatelo imbiondire a fuoco lento, aggiungete il pomodoro e 4 cucchiai d'acqua calda, fate cuocere a fuoco lento, unite l'origano, il sale e pepe,rimettete le bistecche nella padella e cucete a vostro piacere, servite subito ben dalde. |
