600g Bucatini
500g ripe tomatoes
1 medium sweet pepper
250g lean bacon

Blanch and peel the tomatoes, squeeze out the seeds and chop the flesh. Dice the
sweet peppers, discarding the core and the seeds. Cut the bacon into thin strips. In a medium size pan heat the oil, add the bacon and fry until it is crisp and brown. Take from the pan, put aside but keep hot. Add the onion, garlic and sweet pepper fry until brown. Take out the garlic from the pan, add the tomatoes, salt and freshly ground black pepper or a good pinch of red chilli pepper. Cook for about 30 minutes. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and turn into a hot deep serving dish. Mix the bacon and the sauce with the past, stir well but gently, sprinkle with the cheese and serve at once |

600 gr di bucatini
400 gr pomodori maturi pelati
1 peperone
200 gr pancetta
|
3 cucchiai olio d'olivo
1 cipolla tritata
2 spicchi d'aglio
100 gr pecorino O parmigiano grattugiato

Metodo
|
Sbucciate i pomodori, togliete i semi e tagliate la polpa a pezziti, tagliate il peperone a meta`, togliete via i
semi e tagliate a quadreti, tagliate la pancetta a filetti , in un tegame mettete l'olio e fate cuocere la pancetta fin che sia ben dorata, toglietela dal tegame, mettetela da una patrte tenendola calda mettete nel tegame la cipolla ben tritata, l'aglio tagliato a meta`, il peperone e cuocete bene, togliete l'aglio e aggiungete il pomodoro, sale pepe O un pezzeto di peperoncino piccante. Cuocete il tutto per 30 minuti, scolate i bucatini al dente, versate sopra la pancetta e la salsa mescolate bene e spargrtevi sopra il formagio. |
