Roast leg lamb

Ingredients

1 leg lamb
150g bacon
1 onion
2 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 tablespoon oil
salt & pepper for seasoning

Method
|
Bone the leg lamb, chop very fine the onion, garlic, mix with paprika, salt & pepper, ruber all over the
lamb,then wrap over with the bacon & tie up with white string. In a roasting tray put the oil and plaice the lamb over, put in the oven at 220 for 1and 1/2 hour bastinggevery so after with is 0n juice. Take of the string and slice the meat and serve with is on hot juice. |
Cosciotto D'agnello al Forno

1 Cosciotto d'agnello
150 gr di pancetta affetata
1 cipolla
1 spicchio d'aglio
1/2 cucchiaino di paprica
4 cucchiai d'olio
sale e pepe

Metodo
|
Dissosate il cosciotto, tritate finemente la cipolla, l'aglio, mischiate la paprica sale e pepe passate tutto sul
cosciotto involgetelo con la pancetta e legatelo con spago bianco. In un tegame mettete l'olio e metteteci sopra il cosciotto e passatelo in forno a 220c per 1 ora e mezzo bagnandolo ogni tanto col propio sugo. Togliete via lo spago affetate la carne e servitela accompagnata con patate al forno e legumi. |
